আগের পোস্টের ধারাবাহিকতা অনুসারে আজকে বায়িং হাউজ এবং মার্চেন্ডাইজিং-এ সফলতা অর্জনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা কি কি থাকা উচিৎ এগুলো নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। আগের মার্চেন্ডাইজিং এর উপর করা আর্টিকেলে " এপারেল মার্উচেন্ডাজিং" এর উপর বিশদভাবে আলোচনা করা হয়েছিল।   বায়িং হাউজঃ - বাইং হাউজ হচ্ছে আমাদের দেশে রপ্তানিমুখী পোশাক শিল্পের এক ধরনের ব্যবসা । যে ব্যবসাটাকে আমরা বলে থাকি ১০০ % এক্সপোর্ট ওরিয়েন্টেড বিজনেস । এখানে বায়িং হাউজ শব্দটি   বলতে বুঝায় , " বাই" মানে কেনা আর  " হাউজ" শব্দটি কোন ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে । অর্থাৎ বায়িং হাউজ একটা ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান যেটা মুলত ট্রেডিং হিসাবে কাজ করে থাকে । বায়িং হাউজের মূল কাজ হচ্ছে   বায়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা এবং অর্ডার নেগোসিয়েট করা । এবং পরিশেষে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে সেটা কোন ফ্যাক্টরির মাধ্যমে এক্সিকিউট করিয়ে অর্ডারটি শিপমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করাই   হল বায়িং হাউজের কাজ । আর অর্ডার যখন বায়িং হাউজের হাত ধরে ফ
